Make your own t-shirt with a motive of one of famous First Republic Ostrava natives
(Antiquarian bookshop and club Fiducia)
In kids’ studio we’ll remember famous Ostrava natives that were born into the First Republic. Guests can transfer portraits of Ostrava personalities using stylized stencils on their t-shirts or other clothes. Bring your own t-shirt. It is also possible to transfer the portrait to a piece of paper and take away an image. A studio by artists Marcela Lysáčková and Max Lysáček.

SUCH A GOOD GAME… (Soccer vs. poetry?)
(Dr. Edvard Beneš Square)
Antiquarian bookshop and club Fiducia together with Beautifying Group for Beautiful Ostrava organize a special football-literature evening pointing at nearing World Championship in soccer. What do art and sport have in common? Which Czech authors and other artists fell for the magic of soccer? How many goals did Socrates shoot? What do phrases such as “What a howler!”, “hugging the line” or “staying on your feet” mean? Why do “we” never play? Excerpts from works by Czech writers. A test for soccer slang. Bizzare stories from the world of art and soccer. Stylish refreshments. Everything is suitable for soccer lovers as well as for total sport virgins! The soccer-literature happening will be concluded by a celebratory kick-off.
The events of the Antiquarian bookshop and club Fiducia are supported by: The ministry of culture of the Czech Republic, Statutory City of Ostrava, The foundation of Czech Architecture, MUDr. David Feltl, print shop Printo, Portaflex and Agost foundation.
