Old arena
Old Arena will transform into a First Republic cabaret during Ostrava Museum Night. We’ll need to return back in time because a hundred years ago a cabaret of kinky reputation really resided in the current place and it was called Hairy Cactus. What awaits you after you enter? You’ll join a First Republic café with contemporary music and contemporary costumes. And on every hour a dance performance will begin. An elegant host will guide you through history of Ostrava cabarets and ignoble bars and brothels. The presentation will be interspersed with dance bits by Black Gold Cabaret. Evening hours will hear the Swing danceroom and an exuberant party can start! You have much to look forward to!
If you’re looking for a family programme instead you can watch the fairy tale! This time it’s a sailor fairy tale called White Whale. It will amuse kids 5+ and their parents and their grand-parents too. So, all aboard, sailors!
